Yellow Brick Road appoints Non-executive Director

Melanie Kansil has been appointed as a non-executive director of Yellow Brick Road, replacing David Coleman who has resigned since being elected as the first Liberal member for the seat of Banks.

Kansil is currently acting director of strategy and digital at Nine Entertainment Company (NEC) and has been an alternate director to Coleman since July 2013.

In a statement to the ASX, YBR executive chair Mark Bouris said: "Melanie has experience in serving financial services companies as a consultant and at the board level, and we look forward to welcoming her to the Yellow Brick Road Board of Directors."
