Louise Campbell has been promoted as the head of retirement for Willis Towers Watson's operations in Australasia. She takes over the role from Brad Jeffrey, who has retired after 40 years with the organisation.

"I'm excited to take on this leadership role, working with our talented superannuation consultants to help our clients meet the challenges of an ever-changing superannuation environment," said Campbell. "With member outcomes, government initiatives such as Your Future, Your Super and the ongoing focus on increased efficiency and value for members, our Retirmeent team will continue to find innovative solutions for our clients to best address these and the other challenges they face."

Campbell joined Willis Towers Watson in 2017 as a senior director. She was previously a director and head of actuarial for Russell Investments and spent nearly 20 years as a consultant for Watson Wyatt.

In her new role Campbell will report to WTW's global co-head of retirement, John Ball.
