Wingate adds head of real estate and market intelligence

Andrew Perkins has joined Wingate as research director, looking after real estate and market intelligence for the investment house.

Perkins previously held a similar role with Metricon Homes and was the national head of research for the Oliver Hume Corporation for more than a dozen years.

Wingate Property managing director Mark Harrison said Perkins' appointment will deepen the organisation's real estate capabilities to capture emerging investment opportunities for Wingate and its co-investment partners. "As the property market continues to adapt to the post-pandemic environment, we believe that the research and intelligence capabilities Mr Perkins brings will be a key differentiator in enabling Wingate to not only navigate the future and capitalise on emerging trends, but to effectively and proactively manage risk.
