Weber jumps from Lonsec to Elston

Business development manager Jeremy Weber has joined Elston Capital's NSW distribution team.

In his new role, Weber will join fellow new hire Samantha Woodham in a growing distribution team. "We're really excited to have Sam and Jeremy join our distribution team as we continue to grow our business and importantly, continue to deliver great outcomes for our clients and their investors," said Elston's head of adviser services, Mark Smith.

Weber spent the last six years in business development roles across managed accounts with Lonsec and HUB24. He has experience on the other side of investing as an equity trader with CBA. He started his career in retail and institutional bookings with CommSec.

A spokesperson for the organisation said that these appointments are on the back of continued growth in the business across the country. "With a successful long term track record in managed accounts, and an expanded distribution team, Elston are well placed to help advisers looking to explore this growing segment of the market."
