VicSuper appoints Acting Executive Manager, People Experience

VicSuper has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Andi Saunders as acting executive manager, people experience, effective May 2019.

In this role, Saunders will lead the People Experience team in creating and executing strategies to strengthen and enhance the capabilities of VicSuper's team.

Saunders is a senior HR leader with over 20 years' experience across a range of industries, including professional services, financial services, technology, not-for-profit, healthcare and government. Most recently, she served as HR manager for Australia and New Zealand at Boston Consulting Group and previously as head of HR at IQ Group.

Commenting on her appointment, Michael Dundon, CEO VicSuper said: "We're pleased to have Andi Saunders join the VicSuper team. Her depth of experience will add significant value to the VicSuper's Executive team. Andi will be looking at how we can execute on our growth agenda by developing our people strategy to ensure we continue to be an Employer of Choice."

Andi Saunders succeeds Jo McKennariey, who left the $21 billion fund in April 2019 to explore other opportunities.
