VFMC fills senior portfolio role

Shali Lingaretnam has joined VFMC as a senior portfolio manager, looking after external mandates.

Lingaretnam was formerly the CIO of CCI Asset Management, a role she held for nearly three years. She spent 2008-2017 as a portfolio manager with CCI.

She has also held equities and research roles with Macquarie, Lonsec, and IOOF.

Lingaretnam replaces Michael Stavropoulos, who was promoted to head of equities following the departure of Kent Sutherland in late 2019.
