Vanguard Australia director and head of human resources, Lucy Carr, will move to VFMC to take on the chief risk officer role in an acting capacity.
Carr has a history of risk management roles both at Vanguard and in earlier positions. Before taking on the head of HR responsibilities in 2017, Carr was Vanguard Australia's head of enterprise risk management for more than six years. From 2005 - 2011, Carr looked after operational risk issues at insurer AXA.
