TelstraSuper has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of David Frost as head of strategy delivery, effective mid-April 2018.
Frost will join the $19 billion fund from Guild Trustee Services (GTS), where he was most recently head of customer engagement.
His prior roles have included working as a program director with UniSuper, a senior project consultant with ANZ Advice and as head of wealth management strategy at AXA. In 2014, he also spent three months working at TelstraSuper as a senior consultant.
He will replace Michael Seton who is leaving TelstraSuper in mid-April. According to a spokesperson for the fund, Frost and Seton are currently working together through a transition period.
Speaking to Industry Moves, TelstraSuper CEO, Chris Davies, said: "Michael has proven to be a great support to the fund over the past year and we wish him all the best for the future. His appointment was for a fixed period of time so we're very pleased to have now attracted David who will be able to build on the work undertaken to date. David will bring a wealth of knowledge from his extensive consulting career and has a great reputation for fund strategy as well as program management and delivery."
A spokesperson for GTS has confirmed that the firm is currently seeking a replacement for Frost.
