Telstra Super appoints Head of Property and Infrastructure

Telstra Super has appointed Miriam Patterson as the fund's new head of property and infrastructure, effective 16 May 2016.

Patterson has been an investment manager on the Telstra Super investments team for almost five years, responsible for a wide range of property and infrastructure investments across the portfolio. She has been acting head of property and infrastructure since Greg Lee's departure in December 2015, managing the $2.5 billion combined portfolio.

Before joining Telstra Super, Patterson worked at Hastings Funds Management on assets and transactions including Sydney's M4 and M5 toll roads.

Commenting on the appointment, Telstra Super CIO Graeme Miller said: "Miriam is the perfect candidate given her thorough knowledge of the portfolio. She has an excellent track record in these asset classes and I'm confident that under Miriam's leadership we will continue to deliver superior investment outcomes for our members."
