TAL strengthens Group leadership team

TAL has appointed Joseph Daley as general manager of pricing in the senior leadership team of TAL's group insurance business, effective April 2018.

Daley was previously general manager of value, profitability and pricing in TAL's individual business.

Commenting on his new role, Daley said: "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to build on the successes of the Group Pricing team, and I am looking forward to working closely with each partner to ensure that we continue to reflect their unique needs through transparent, sustainable and bespoke pricing solutions."

In further strengthening the Group team, TAL has also appointed Nick White as head of clients and strategic management.

Both Daley and White's appointments follow the recent promotion of Jenny Nguyen to the role of head of clients and market development, and Cathy Collison's promotion to the role of head of Cbus. (Cbus partnered with TAL for its group life insurance offering to members in November 2015.)
