Synchron adds Victorian state manager

Sarah Congdon has joined Synchron after more than a decade with MLC Life Insurance.

In her new role, Congdon will be the dealer group's new Victorian state manager.

"We are delighted to welcome Sarah to the Synchron team," said director Don Trapnell. "Sarah has extensive industry experience and an excellent understanding of insurance, financial advice and practice development."

Congdon is no stranger to Synchron's business, and was a 2017 NextGen graduate. "I have always been impressed by the Synchron culture," she said. "The sense of community and inclusiveness amongst its staff and advisers and the integrity of its management team.

"I'm already enjoying working with Synchron's Victorian advisers, who have shown a refreshing willingness to support each other and share ideas. I'm really looking forward to helping them explore opportunities that further grow and develop their practices.

Congdon replaces Jason Milosevski, who left the organisation at the end of October after more than five years.
