StatePlus appoints Graeme Arnott as CEO

StatePlus has announced the appointment of Graeme Arnott as its new chief executive officer.

Arnott has been acting CEO of StatePlus since its acquisition by First State Super in June 2016. He has spent nine years with First State Super as both chief operating officer and his most recent role as deputy chief executive. Prior to this spent he 16 years at JP Morgan in a variety of executive roles.

Commenting on Arnott's appointment, StatePlus chair, Neil Cochrane, said the appointment followed an extensive independent executive recruitment process during which the board considered both internal and external candidates.

"I am delighted to announce the appointment of Graeme Arnott as CEO at StatePlus...Graeme brings to this role a wealth of experience and industry knowledge gained from a 25 year career."
