State Super adds Public Service Association general secretary to board

Stewart Little, general secretary of the Public Service Association of NSW, has joined the board of State Super.

Little has been a member of the PSA since 1995 and has worked in a variety of public service positions, including with the NSW Parliamentary Library and Research Centre and Police Association of NSW.

In a statement on the appointment, State Super chair Nicholas Johnson said that Stewart's understanding of the needs of public sector employees brings valuable insights to the board. "[He] understands the workings of government and has excellent relationships with ministerial and department staff, most recently providing leadership to the Public Service Association executive and senior management teams".

Little says he's delighted to join the board of the $44 billion fund. "State Super has played a significant role over the last 100 years in maximising the benefits for members and providing financial security for public sector employees. I am very honoured to be asked to be a member of this Board."
