Catholic Super has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Simone Thompson as an employer representative director on the board of the $10 billion fund, effective 21 May 2019.
Thompson is the managing director of ST Consult, a boutique consultancy she founded in 2017 that specialises in governance, compliance and risk management advice and services to APRA and ASIC regulated organisations.
She replaces Chris Harkin who departed the board of Catholic Super on 31 March 2019.
