Spark Infrastructure adds accounting, corporate governance experience to board

Spark Infrastructure has appointed Anne Brennan to their board as a non-executive director. She also takes the position of chair of the organisation's audit, risk, and compliance committee.

Brennan has executive experience across the finance and accounting industries. She has been a partner with KPMG, Andersen, and Ernst & Young, and was the CFO for CSR Limited. She holds several directorships, including Argo Investments.

"Anne's strong financial background together with her depth of experience as a non-executive director will be a valuable addition to the existing skills and experience of our Board," said Spark chair Doug McTaggart. "In particular, Anne's experience as an audit chair will be greatly valued as she takes over the role from Karen Penrose."

Penrose retired from the board on 27 May.
