Date: July 2021
Position: Chief Partnership Officer

Neil Saxton has left HESTA after more than 18 years with the organisation. For the last three years, he has been the industry fund's chief partnerships officer, driving growth and retention. Saxton also held membership education and engagement roles.

Saxton has deep industry connections, starting with the fund as a director in 2002, representing United Voice where he was a lead organiser. He was also the secretary of the WA branch of the Ambulance Employees Association and the head chef at Edith Cowan University.

Announcing his departure, Saxton said that it has been an honour and privilege to serve the HESTA's members. "I have decided it's time to leave HESTA after nearly 2 decades serving the amazing members who support all of us. The decision has been a tough one to make, but it is the right time for me to move on to something different.

"I leave with many special and lasting memories and wish the fund all the success in the future."
