Rice Warner appoints Exec GM Superannuation

Research house, Rice Warner, has announced the appointment of Tim Jenkins as executive general manager, superannuation, effective 9 April 2018.

In this newly-created role, Jenkins will lead Rice Warner's existing superannuation consulting team and will be responsible for providing "strategic and tactical advice to superannuation clients, including product management and development."

He has over 30 years' experience in superannuation and financial services, most recently as head of insurance in super at NAB. Previously, he worked in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the UK in areas such as actuarial valuations, defined benefit management, default superannuation, successor fund transfers, risk and insurance in super.

Jenkins started his career with Mercer as an actuary before holding several management positions including global leadership of defined contribution consulting, business leadership for Asia-Pacific retirement consulting and as managing director of Mercer New Zealand. He moved to NAB in 2013.
