Industry fund Rest has named AMP Capital's Corrine Henville as head of operations.

In her new role, Henville will touch a variety of the fund's functions including member services and managing organisational partnerships.

Henville has more than two decades of experience across a range of financial services, most recently as AMP Capital's head of global client service and enablement. She's held roles managing sales functions, dealing with funds management, and in the super, pension, and investments industries. Henville spent more than seven years with AMP Capital and nearly nine years with Colonial First State before that.

Her experience dealing with a variety of clients including advisers, institutional investors, private clients, and retail investors made her an attractive hire, said Rest group executive for product and operations Brendan Daly. "It's imperative that we navigate complex environmental factors and operational requirements to continuously improve the services we provide to members.

"Corrine brings both a breadth and depth of experience to this new role, as well as particularly strong client and team focus. She is a welcome addition to the deep talent pool we have at Rest."

Henville will be based out of the fund's Sydney office and will report to Rest's general manager of administration solutions and governance David Madden.
