Rest has confirmed to Industry Moves the internal appointment of Naomi Scott as head of member services, effective July 2018.
In this role, Scott will be responsible for managing the customer service experience outcomes for all Rest members delivered via contact centres and digital channels.
Scott joined the now-$50 billion fund in February 2016 as technical manager before being promoted to national manager of education delivery in May 2017.
She succeeds former head of member services, Amelia Butler, who departed the fund in May 2018.
Rest has also promoted Brett Hawkins, former education manager, to replace Scott as national manager education delivery.
