Prime Financial Group (Prime) has announced to the ASX that financial controller, Rory McLaughlin, and head of finance, Ben Priestley, will share the responsibilities of chief financial officer following the departure of CFO and company secretary,Simon Munday.
McLaughlin is a chartered accountant with more than 15 years' international experience within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Prime he worked with Standard & Poor's and has experience in financial reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance.
Taking on the role of company secretary is Dale Gaskell-Kharsas, who previously served in the role from November 2015 to December 2017 and was reappointed in December 2018.
