Pendal head of family offices moves to Regal

Regal Funds Management has restructured its distribution team and named Rob Saunders as head of wholesale and family office, including the private banks.

Saunders comes to Regal from Pendal, where he was head of family offices. He follows Rebecca Fesq, who left Pendal in October to join Regal as its global head of distribution and marketing.

Saunders only joined Pendal in May. He previously spent 3 years with Ophir Asset Management as head of sales and investment director.

A Pendal spokesperson told Financial Standard that they're currently recruiting for a replacement. "Until the appointment is finalised, the channel is being managed by Pendal's Australian head of wholesale distribution, Tim North Ash".
