Pallas adds to structured real estate finance team

Pallas Capital has appointed Alexis Holloway as senior credit manager, part of the team responsible for structuring and approving commercial real estate loans.

Holloway has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate and structured finance sector, most recently as senior credit manager with Balmain Group. He's also held roles with CVS Lane Capital Partners and Deloitte.

"I have admired from afar the business [Pallas Capital chief investment officer Dan Gallen] and the leadership team have created at Pallas Capital," said Holloway. "The company has experienced tremendous growth over the past five years and amassed a team of talented and experienced real estate financiers. I hope to contribute to its continued growth."

Pallas Capital provides funds for loans secured against non-specialised property assets. They have underwritten more than $850 million transactions since being established in 2016.
