Ord Minnett alum latest Barrenjoey hire

Ord Minnett's head of institutional research is the latest hire by Barrenjoey Capital Partners.

Nicholas McGarrigle has been with Ord Minnett for more than 11 years, the last six as head of institutional research. He started his career as an analyst with Deloitte.

Barrenjoey Capital Partners was established in September of 2020 and is set to launch later this year. They'll provide corporate and strategic advisory, domestic equity, and debt capital market underwriting as well as traditional fixed income services. The firm features significant investment by Barclays and Magellan.
