OpenMarkets appoints Executive Director

Open Markets has appointed Bob Alexander as executive director and chief financial officer.

Alexander has held several board and advisory roles in recent years including with the Cambodian Children's Fund and ASX-listed software company The Citadel Group. As an executive, Alexander has worked across a diverse group of media companies including printer Opus Group and digital broadcaster Digital One (Australia). He was the European finance director for Universal Music Publishing.

Alexander is joined at the group by several board appointments and chair Naseema Sparks.
