OnePath director joins ASX subsidiary board

Carolyn Colley has joined the ASX subsidiary clearing and settlement boards.

Colley is currently the COO and co-founder of Faethm AI, a company that helps companies and governments navigate the socioeconomic implications of emerging technologies.

Before founding Faethm AI in 2016, Colley was the CEO for Decimal Software, a company that provided online financial advice services. She also has experience with Macquarie Group as head of personal banking and head of strategy for Macquarie Adviser Services.

Colley is currently also serving as a non-executive director for OnePath Custodians, Oasis Fund Management, and Smartgroup Corporation Limited.

Colley joins the board after the movement of Rob Woods from the subsidiary board to the board of the ASX Limited.
