OC expands investment team

Small and micro-cap equities manager, OC Funds Management, has appointed Daniel Stein as an analyst in the firm's investment team, effective May 2017.

In this role, supporting head of investments Robert Frost and investment analysts Robert Calnon and Stephen Evans from OC's Melbourne office, Stein will be responsible for financial modelling and researching Australian small and micro-cap companies.

He joins from Altair Asset Management where he was an associate analyst specialising in Australian small and mid-cap industrial and financial companies. Prior to that he was an analyst with Wilson HTM.

Commenting on his appointment, Frost said: "We're pleased to welcome Daniel to the team. He brings strong Australian smaller companies research and investment expertise that will complement our team's capabilities."
