Mercer has appointed Tricia Nguyen as the Pacific head of Mercer Sentinel, the firm's due diligence and custody consulting arm.
The former head, Peter Baker, is transitioning to a part-time role with the organisation.
Mercer institutional wealth leader Simon Eagleton said that Ngyn's appointment has been more than a year in the making. "Tricia has already been taking the lead on Sentinel's services behind the scenes as part of Peter's succession planning, and I'm confident this will be a seamless transition."
Nguyen joined Mercer as a principal in 2015, consulting in the Mercer Sentinel team with superannuation fund trustees and investment managers. She previously spent more than nine years as a relationship manager with BNP Paribas.
