Ng joins Lifespan as national practice development manager

Lifespan Financial Planning increased its number of national practice managers to five, appointing industry veterans Lisa Ng and Kevin Mayne.

Ng joins Lifespan from Xplore Wealth where she spent two years as a state distribution manager. She previously held national and state growth roles with Centrepoint Alliance and Zurich Financial Services.

"With decades of experience between them across business development, distribution, sales and practice management, Kevin and Lisa will be valuable sources of knowledge and trustworthy sounding boards for our network of authorised representatives as they seek to grow and adapt their practices in the changing economic and regulatory environment," said Lifespan CEO Eugene Ardino.

Ng said that she's excited to join the growing organisation, which has added 95 new representatives, pushing the total to more than 270. In particular, she noted that the organisation's focus on looking for ways to make adviser lives easier so they can focus on better supporting their clients. "The ongoing expansion of Lifespan's managed discretionary account offering is a great example of this," she said.
