New venture for former Warakirri investments head

Andrew Nolan, former head of investments at Warakirri Asset Management, has confirmed to Industry Moves his new role as managing director of Eleuthera Investments, a firm he set up in order to work closely with Holowesko Partners in Australia and New Zealand.

Holowesko Partners is a long-short and long-only global equity manager based in Nassau (The Bahamas).

Mark Holowesko, chief executive and chief investment officer at Holowesko Partners, said of the relationship: "We are delighted to be working with Andrew and his business. Holowesko Partners has a valued and long-term client base in Australia."

He added: "Working with Andrew demonstrates our commitment to investors and consultants in this part of the world."

Prior to founding Holowesko Partners in 2000, Mark Holowesko was chief investment officer of the Templeton Global Equity Group.
