Sean Marteene has become the chief transformation officer with LGIAsuper.
The role is a new one for Marteene, who was previously the GM of customer insights and product with Energy Super for the last three years. Energy Super and LGIAsuper completed their merger at the beginning of the financial year.
Marteene was previously a senior consultant in product design with Aon Hewitt after holding leadership in the organisation's superannuation operations and business relationship management teams. He started his financial services career with Mercer as an administrator.
