New role for former MSCI Executive Director

StatPro Group, a provider of cloud-based portfolio analysis and asset pricing services for fund managers, has announced the appointment of Michael Anderson as its new sales director for the Asia Pacific region.

Anderson was most recently an executive director and the head of client coverage for Australia and New Zealand at MSCI. In this role, he established MSCI's Australian office and oversaw its evolution from a one-person start-up to having 20 staff and four product lines in Australia and New Zealand.

Before MSCI, he served as head of international equities at Commonwealth Bank of Australia; as a portfolio manager and analyst of Asian equities; and in senior roles in custody and compliance.
