New chair at ASX subsidiary boards after movement

Stephen Knight has been named chair of ASX Clear Pty Limited and ASX Settlement Pty Limited after the departure of current chair Rob Woods. Woods has been named as a non-executive director of the ASX Limited.

Knight has been a director of ASX's subsidiary clearing and settlement boards since June of 2019. He was with NSW TCorp from 1996-2015, as CEO from 2005-2015.

Carolyn Colley will join Knight on the board of the subsidiary boards.
