VFMC has announced the appointment of Lisa Gray as chief executive officer, effective 1 February 2016. Gray joins VFMC after 12 years with National Australia Bank Limited, most recently as group executive, enterprise services and transformation.
She takes over from Justin Pascoe who has been acting as VFMC CEO since the departure of Warren Lee in October 2015.
In announcing the appointment, VFMC chair James MacKenzie said: "Lisa is an outstanding senior financial services executive who brings to VFMC a wealth of experience across banking, insurance and superannuation together with excellent strategic skills and a track record of team leadership and stakeholder engagement."
