New CEO at Stanford Brown

Stanford Brown has appointed Vincent O'Neill, previously director of private wealth, as its new CEO.

The move follows the announcement that CEO Jonathan Hoyle has decided to step down.

"Our decision to appoint Vincent to succeed Jonathan reflects the Board's long-held CEO succession plan and our focus on building a strong culture and leadership from within," said Stanford Brown chair David Brown. "I can think of no better candidate to lead our next chapter of growth.

O'Neill has been with Stanford Brown in a variety of capacities for more than 13 years, beginning as a senior financial adviser in 2007. He was named director of private wealth in 2014. "I'm honoured to lead this great company and keep on providing our clients with professional advice so they can live great live," he said. "With the support of the Board and our excellent management team, I'll continue to execute the firm's business plan and growth agenda."
