NAB hires experienced information chief

Anastasia Cammaroto has joined NAB as chief information officer for their personal banking operations.

Cammaroto joins from Westpac where she held a similar role across advice and private wealth platforms. In her previous role, Cammaroto was accountable for digital, branch, and virtual contact technology services as well as internal employee tech.

"I am delighted to welcome Anastasia to the team," said NAB group executive for technology and enterprise operations, Patrick Wright. "She comes with an outstanding track record and will play a key role in NAB's transformation to creating a simpler and faster bank, delivering better experiences for our customers and colleagues."

Cammaroto spent several years with Westpac and BT as chief information officer and head of technology across various divisions. She holds degrees in electrical engineering and spent time as a project engineer before moving into the wealth management space.
