MTAA Super Independent Director departs

MTAA Super has confirmed the departure of independent director, Vicki Allen, effective February 2017.

Allen joined the board in 2011. She's had an executive career of over 25 years in the financial services and property sectors and has governance experience across a range of regulated entities. Her executive roles included senior strategic, product, operations and advisory positions with The Trust Company, MLC and Lend Lease Corporation.

Allen is also a member of the Bennelong Funds Management board, a role that she has held since July 2016.

At MTAA, she has been replaced by former Australian Ethical Investments CEO, Anne O'Donnell, who joined the board 1 March 2017.
