MTAA Comms, Advice manager to depart

MTAA Super's executive manager for marketing, communications, education, and advice will depart the organisation ahead of its merger with Tasplan.

Michael Irving first joined MTAA Super in 2012. He has more than 30 years of experience across the superannuation industry in both retail and not-for-profit funds, holding roles in operations, marketing, strategy, and project management.

Irving is one of several people who will depart when the two funds merge, including Tasplan CEO Wayne Davy and MTAA's investments manager Phil Brown.

"On behalf of our respective Boards, staff, and members, I sincerely thank all the executives for their dedication and commitment to the funds," said CEO designate Leeanne Turner. "They have been instrumental in driving this merger and have been integral to our success for many years leading up to this. I wish them all the best with their future endeavours."
