MSC Group names COO

Hayden Williams has joined MSC Group as its chief operating officer.

Williams was most recently the manager of corporate trusts for Sandhurst Trustees Limited. He ran the corporate trustee, custodial, and registry services with more than 140 mandates and $8 billion funds under supervision. Williams spent just over 18 years with the organisation, beginning as a debenture compliance manager.

Of his new role, Williams said, "The chance to join MSC Group as its new Chief Operating Officer presented a fantastic opportunity for me to start a new chapter and assist the continued growth of this dynamic and trusted financial services organisation.

"Having worked alongside MSC Group since their inception, I know the business and its culture well and I look forward to bringing my previous experience in leading the trustee and registry divisions of Sandhurst Trustees."

MSC has also appointed two new co-leads for its fund administration business, MSC Abacus. Sachin Tokhi and Daniel Iwaloye have joined from Link Market Services and Alter Domus, respectively.
