Midwinter appoints scaled advice head

Financial planning software company Midwinter has appointed Halie Samson to head up its scaled advice division. Halie previously held the role of project manager - advice delivery at Fortnum Financial Group. A statement from Midwinter said that Samson's hire - as well as two other key hires announced - has come off the back of growth within the Sydney based firm, whose latest cloud based advice solution - AdviceOS has begun to experience "significant traction" in the institutional market.
