Member experience lead leaves Club Plus Super to pursue career in aviation

After just four months, Club Plus Super's head of member experience departed the organisation and left the finance industry to pursue her dream in the aviation sector.

Before her time at Club Plus Super, Beth Parkin was the first GM of customer service at REST. There she won several awards for her work, including Rainmaker SelectingSuper Innovation Award 2017 for Millennial Superannuation and the Chant West 2017 Award for Best Fund Innovation.

Club Plus Super chief executive Stefan Strano had nothing but praise for Parkin. “Beth did some outstanding preparatory work in the brief time she was with us, and we understand that as an avid aviation enthusiast the opportunity presented was too good to ignore. We wish her all the very best at Qantas.”

In her new role, Parkin will look after the global contact centre strategy for Qantas.
