Mantineo named head of business growth at ClearView

ClearView Wealth has appointed Tony Mantineo as its head of business growth.

Bringing more than three decades of experience, Mantineo joins from Australian Unity where he spent the last two years as general manager of business growth. He's held practice development and business growth roles with Millennium3, Financial Services Partners, and ANZ Wealth.

Mantineo will be based in Melbourne and report to ClearView GM of licensee services Todd Kardash. "Tony is a highly-respected financial services professional and his appointment reinforces our commitment to building a strong, scalable financial advice business," said Kardash.

"We are not seeking thousands of advisers but rather our focus is on creating a select community of qualified professional businesses using our services."

Mantineo's hire comes on the back of significant investment in technology by ClearView to better support adviser needs. Mantineo said this change is a necessary one to differentiate ClearView. "There is a lot of movement in the market at the moment with many advisers exploring their options including switching licensees or gaining their own AFSL.

"ClearView is in a unique position because it has the ability to continuously invest in its offer and the flexibility to cater to the different needs and preferences of advisers."

In his new role, Mantineo will lead adviser recruitment for the Matrix Planning Solutions, ClearView's flagship dealer group, and B2B outsourced offer LaVista Licensee Solutions.
