Platform provider and investment administrator, Managed Accounts Holdings (ASX: MGP), has announced the appointment of Pamella Wilson as group chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Wilson, who joined MGP in July 2015 and has over 28 years' experience in the financial services industry, was previously the firm's senior business analyst and acting head of IT. Before joining MGP, she held roles with Perpetual, Permanent Trust, BNP Paribas, ANZ One Path and AEGIS.

MGP has also announced the promotion of Neil Pattinson to the role of business development manager for New South Wales and Queensland, and the appointment of Gloria Saliba as head of people and culture.

MGP chief executive officer, David Heather, said of the new appointments: "The promotion of Pamella and Neil together with the appointment of Gloria adds a further breadth of leadership capability to the MGP business. We know that Pamella, Neil and Gloria will make a significant contribution to the business over the course of 2019 and beyond."

In other news, Mark Pozzi, who was appointed as MGP's group chief financial officer in August 2018 has resigned. Executive chair, Don Sharp, will act in the role until a replacement is appointed, MGP said.
