Longtime Tribeca CFO to depart

Industry Moves understands that longtime Tribeca CFO Kylie Osgood will depart the organisation at the end of the month.

Osgood first joined the organisation as operations manager and company secretary. She became the chief operations officer, looking after the execution of all non-investment functions including legal, compliance, and human resources. She was named chief financial officer in 2018.

She became a director of Tribeca in 2008 and has been an alternate director for Tribeca Global Natural Resources.

A qualified CAP, Osgood was previously an associate director at Macquarie Group and held a fund accountant role at Colonial First State.

Tribeca did not respond to request for comment.
