Longtime head of investment operations at Sunsuper departs

After more than 14 years with Sunsuper and 25 years in finance, the head of middle office/investment operations has left the organisation.

In a statement to Industry Moves, Cindy Ong says she's taking a short break before exploring other challenging career opportunities outside of the organisation.

First employed by Sunsuper in 2005 as head of investment operations, Ong was responsible for the leadership and management of the three functional teams managing all aspects of investments including implementations of investment decisions and activities for the fund.

We have reached out to Sunsuper for comment on the departure and to learn what is happening with the role in the organisation.
