Former Link Fund Solutions CEO takes the lead at Mainstream

Specialist fund administrator, Mainstream Group, has welcomed Andy Harrison as chief executive officer of Mainstream Fund Services, Australia.

In his new role, which was first announced in April 2018, Harrison will "focus on enhancing service delivery to existing clients and further expanding Mainstream's presence in fund services," the firm said.

Harrison joins Mainstream after more than 16 years with Link Fund Solutions, formerly White Outsourcing, where he served as CEO until April. He was previously director/owner of White Outsourcing, and was also a director on the board of HUB24 from March 2009 to December 2010.

Commenting on his appointment, Mainstream Group CEO, Martin Smith, said in April: "Andy's appointment provides an opportunity to further build on Mainstream's scale and operational expertise in investment administration, fund accounting and middle office services. Andy brings a wealth of experience and depth to Mainstream and provides more bench strength to our global leadership team."

Former CEO of Mainstream Fund Services, Australia, Nick Happell, has assumed the role of chief executive officer, Asia-Pacific, which was previously held by Smith. Smith has relinquished that role to focus on his group CEO responsibilities.
