Lifespan Financial Planning has appointed two national practice development managers. Kevin Mayne and Liza Ng have joined the organisation.
Mayne comes from Elders Financial Planning where he spent more than five years as a regional manager, overseeing the firm's advisers in NSW, QLD, WA, and the NT. He previously spent nearly 20 years with Westpac in a variety of roles including regional GM and practice development manager.
These new hires increase the size of Lifespan's practice development team to five, supporting the more than 270 authorised representatives in the Lifespan network, including 95 new reps this year. "With decades of experience between them across business development, distribution, sales, and practice management, Kevin and Lisa will be valuable sources of knowledge and trustworthy sounding boards for our network of authorised representatives as they seek to grow and adapt their practices in the changing economic and regulatory environment," said Lifespan CEO Eugene Ardino.
Mayne says he was attracted to the business because of its reputation in the marketplace. "Lifespan is one of Australia's largest privately-owned financial advice networks and yet it treats everyone in its team like a member of the family."
