Lifespan expands risk capacity

Lifespan Financial Planning has appointed Adrian Caspar as its new risk and compliance lead.

Caspar has more than a decade of experience across financial services, most recently with Avant Mutual where he was head of risk management. He's also held roles with KPMG Australia, Total Financial Solutions, and ANZ.

"Adrian's appointment is a reflection of our commitment to meet the ongoing support needs of our advice community and is a proactive response to evolving legislative expertise," said Lifespan CEO Eugene Ardino.

This is a return to Lifespan for Casper, who worked for the organisation from 2011-2014. "Adrian is a safe pair of hands and will be a reliable source of knowledge for our advice community," said Ardino. "He will provide leadership in our compliance and risk management approach and will assist Lifespan to further deliver proactive and collaborative compliance and risk management support."
