legalsuper adds to member service team

legalsuper has expanded its member service team with the appointment of Long Nguyen as client service manager, based in Sydney.

Nguyen joins the $4 billion fund from REST after more than 13 years in the financial services industry across retail investment banking and industry superannuation.

According to legalsuper's chief executive, Andrew Proebstl, Nguyen's appointment is the fund's tenth member-facing appointment in less than three years and is in response to member and employer feedback.

Also joining Nguyen on the member service team is Michael Wigney as the fund's first data analyst specialist.

In welcoming both, Proebstl said: "Long's and Michael's appointments further advance our strategy of investing in member service and engagement to help our members achieve better retirement outcomes."
