KPMG partner returns to Zurich as CFO

Zurich Life & Investments alumn Daniel Longden is set to return to the organisation as chief financial officer.

Longden left Zurich in 2017 to become a partner with KPMG Australia. He started his career as an actuary with Swiss Re and held finance and actuarial roles with Towers Watson and Asteron Life. He was also the head of commercial management with Macquarie Group.

Longden is one of several appointments announced this week, including Shaneen Marshall as head of strategy, Kieran Forde as chief distribution officer, and Jacqui Lennon as head of customer and digital.
