Koda co-founder joins OpenMarkets board

Andrew Rutherford, who was the co-founder, CFO, and COO of Koda Capital, has joined the board of retail broking platform OpenMarkets.

Before co-founding private wealth management provider Koda Capital in 2014, Rutherford held senior roles at including GM of asset management for NAB and managing director for JB Were.

Rutherford left Koda Capital in February of this year after nearly seven years with the organisation.

OpenMarkets, which is targeting an IPO later this year, announced several new board and executive positions, including Naseema Sparks as chair, Paul Rayson as a non-executive director, and Bob Alexander as executive director. Over the last year the company's headcount has grown from 17 to 88 with more than 30 additional positions being recruited in growth and technology spaces.
